The Sun House
This more than 130-year-old house beneath the Pokljuka plateau was calling for a renovation. The Sun House is located between Bled and Pokljuka, in the village of Krnica. Nearby are beautiful routes leading to the Pokljuka Gorge, the cycling path through the Radovna Valley, the St. James’ Way, and the Juliana Trail.
The renovation was a joint effort by Boštjan and his sister, architect Zala Kos. With their many ideas, they collaborated perfectly. The house was renovated in an Alpine style, exuding a sense of warmth and coziness. There are two apartments: the ground floor apartment features spruce wood, while the upper apartment combines oak wood with black iron. The signature detail is a glass roof, allowing you to count stars from the comfort of the couch.

At the covered market in BTC City Ljubljana, we renovated the Loške Mesnine shop.
Hotel Lonca
At the end of 2023, the renovated Hotel Lonca opened in Škofja Loka. It offers comfortable accommodation with beautiful views of the surrounding area, as well as a wellness center, fitness room, conference space, brunch, and more.
